When I pay for my subscription with a credit card, is the connection secured?
Yes the transaction is encrypted with SSL/TLS, and you will be connected directly to our payment provider Stripe.com. The payment will appear on your bank statement a few days later as "Pagios.com". If you are not able to pay with a credit card, contact us at
support@pagios.comIs my website backed-up on your servers?
Yes your website configuration is backed-up twice daily. If you do not have a backup and need to restore a previous configuration, please send us an email at
support@pagios.com and we will work on this for you.
On how many computers can I install the software?
You may install the software on as many computers as you want.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Just send us an email at
support@pagios.com with the effective date. There are no cancellation charges or notice period.
Who owns the content of my website?
You own the content.
